The way to run gyms these days is virtually no staff and 24hr access. One Gym are the latest model of this. Paul and David Pearson making a proper fist of it.

And from my experience when people find PT’s they tend to find them first and go to the gym there are at rather than finding a gym and hoping to find a PT there.
