Sorry to see him go, he has spent all his youth at the club, I can understand him needing to play, I just cannot figure out why he hasn't had any minutes.
Feels like the end of a chapter. What a ride all those lads took us on. From League One to promotion.
I wish him nothing but the best. A local lad living the dream. Part of a likeable bunch of youngsters that we could relate to and helped make remember what hope and enjoyment at the match was all about.
Part of a remarkable period in our history. Might have been nice to get a fee but equally his emergence probably saved us a few million quid. Will always be remembered fondly and hope he has a fantastic career with the usual “ but not against us” caveats.
I’m still really surprised by the callous way he was treated. There were games where it was obvious that he was a better option but he hardly ever got his boots dirty.
Like on Saturday, there’s not a person in this earth who could convince me that Hume in CM is a better option than Neil.
Still, he handled it with dignity and he was a huge part of getting back to where we belong.
He is officially a premiership player but championship level.
Good luck, I’m sure Ipswich will get value from you for the rest of this season.
Can’t see Ipswich making promotion though.
Wishing Dan all the best. It's a shame he couldn't improve with the same speed of the club. It was always good to see a local lad in the team representing us
