It arrived today, box is all in Czech.
I think the English language is on the disc, however. Not sure how that will affect resale value in future - may help, may hinder.

Apparently there isn't a UK physical release although they might do one in the future. Weird that the Czechs get one, mind.

It's the kind of game that looks like it should be played on a heavy dose of LSD so I'll be relying on muscle memory anyway.Hope you can find some English instructions...how are you gonna know what to do?
