There's no one left assuming Trott wont come back and they don't seem to want Prior.

Maybe a recall for Compton and/or Taylor. I just hope KP's sacking hasn't given Carberry a lifeline.

Watched Sangakarra get over 300 for them today against Bangladesh.

Not that anyone gives a fuck but the bowling was dross.

I think in the series SL have knocked up over 1200 in two innings.
 
Definitely bring Compton back and stick with him this time.

Get Root in the middle order and keep him there.

If Trott his fit then he should come back.

They need to decide if they are done with Prior or not.

aye, this. if not for stokes & possibly borthwick/onions i wouldn't give the least fuck about england.

the way they shuffled stokes around in the odis and dropped him though, again terrible treatment. playing him at 3? FFS ludicrous

selfishly yes but for the sake of the lads in question i want them to play for england, stokes/onions must be gutting for the lad.
 
I think Trott is done for the time being and perhaps beyond. Prior will come back and bat at 7 IMHO. Root to open, and Ballance and Stokes to bat 5 and 6
