Team news Sunday

Aye but you said he hasn't done anything since AFCON.
...also proves he's done nowt since feb 2nd.
Why do have this mentality amongst some fans that the way we play is negative?
People saying we should be on the front foot and expecting us to blitz Spurs away....that isn't the way Le Bris sets up.

We've had a hell of a season, we've beat the mags twice and there's been some good away days. I'm just going to enjoy the run in now whatever happens.

It's mental, mate. It's exactly the wrong way to approach any opposition at this level.

Exactly mate. That's not in Le Bris DNA, we grind teams down and it has worked a treat this season. Next season, we may have to alter it a bit imo as teams will know what to expect.

...that's from a standing position at a set piece....hardly worthy dropping Rigg for like. Diarra has shown nothing.
Get the feeling, as usual, some are writing Diarra off too early. Love Rigg and eventually think both will be mainstays of the team . Both still young ,Rigg in particular, what a time to be alive.

I haven't once said Diarra isn't a good player or written him off ...i just haven't seen anything from him to justify a starting place. Rigg has been fantastic on and off the ball past 2 games. He needed time on the pitch Rigg and he is proving what a talent he is.

Only position I'm torn on is RB between Hume and Gerty.

Roefs
Hume/Gerty Mukiele Alderete Reinildo
Le Fee Xhaka Sadiki
Rigg Brobbey Talbi

Would like to see that and just go hell for leather at them

Think the poster you responded too was after a reaction
Hardly anyone has dissed Diarra on this thread
Just a some saying that right now Rigg deserves a starting spot and if it is at the expense of Diarra then so be it

Roofs
Mukiele Geertruida Alderete Reinildo
Diarra Sadiki Xhaka Talbi
Le Fee Brobbey

Elborg
Hume
Cirkin
O'Nien
Rigg
H Jones
Mayenda
Wilson
One of the U21s who has deserved it more

Off the scale you like. Have a good evening.
Ditto, ya can’t back ya argument up so just detract all the time

Diarra has had 32 touches in the opposition box that’s second most in the team, Brobbey only had 60 odd. He’s there to pop up with a goal not dominate matches

....Diarra's doing neither.
According to the FPL website he has 2 goals and 4 assists in 12 starts.

I’m assuming the Newcastle and Burnley goals have gone down as assists to Diarra.

Whilst slightly inaccurate, it does prove that he’s “creating” things at a decent rate.

He's offering nowt mate in games. If people are saying he is then they are watching a different game.
