He was exceptional pre AFCON. I know he returned with an injury but his form has been really up and down since. I wonder if that's party to do with us being a bit more open in recent times and sides occasionally having the space to run at him more often.

Certainly makes me think a good left back to push him and cover him is needed in the summer and maybe not just a back up/development replacement for Cirkin.

Going to be a difficult game, Forest hammered Spurs ( we did not) and drew with Villa. They will be highly motivated so we need to turn up, whoever is playing.
