Taylor Swift ticket presale

The Mrs and my daughter have gone to some showing of a gig at the pictures tonight. She's just messaged to say all the kids are down the front dancing and singing away . She's been hyper all week for it, so I doubt she'll sleep for months when she gets her gig tickets for Christmas.

We’ve told the eldest, we couldn’t get tickets but will take her to see the movie and a tribute act through Newcastle. I suspect she will explode on Xmas morning 😂😂

Think I was in the same cinema, mate. The Metro at 7pm last night. Loads of kids dancing down the front and exchanging bracelets. My daughter loved it and she can't wait for Edinburgh now.

Class. People say Christmas is shite once they stop believing and don't get toys anymore. I know it's a lot of money for the tickets, but the majority will be spending that on toys and computer games. We've done it ourselves tbh.

Aye that's the one. I've lost count of the amount of videos she's sent me.

It was a surreal experience, given the standard rules of cinema, like put your phone away, sit quietly and just watch. Everybody waving their phones about, kids dancing and running around and the cinema belting out songs and cheering. Good just to experience the weird feeling you're in a cinema seeing it go mad.

I’m going tonight with my granddaughter. Little warm up for when we go to see her in Liverpool. It’s fair to see she’s (I’m) a little bit excited.

Nee doubt I’ll be getting fleeced for a popcorn bucket.

Hope you enjoyed it mate. We had a great time. My daughter said she nearly cried when it started, so she didn't know how she was going to hold it together in Edinburgh. You'd think she's joined a cult, given all she talks about 24/7 is Taylor Swift.

She tried to buy one of those crazy priced popcorn buckets but they said they'd sold out. Hope your wallet didn't take a huge Taylor Swift sized hit, like mine does.

My daughter has been to the cinema at boldon twice to see the show there, they are all up dancing around and party g at the front, she has had the time of her life. 😂

£13 apparently....🙄

Saw that the other night. Cup and bucket combo for some ridiculous price and they have already sold 25
Feel sorry for parents as kids know they can be bought online for stupid prices, when I was a kid if the shop didnt have it then there wasnt much else my parents could do, now theres always somebody willing to sell it for some crazy price online.

Aye she was dancing down the front.

I’ve got them hospitality packages for Liverpool for Xmas.

Yeah crazy. £19.89 for the bucket and cup. Reasoning is one of her albums is called 1989. Charge whatever they want with a Swifty though

Class. Made it a bit more like a concert with the kids dancing and exchanging those bracelets in our viewing.

Hope you have a great time at Liverpool, mate. With the scramble for tickets you'll be a hero to her at Christmas time.

Anyone there last night? My youngest is at Anfield on Friday. She doesn't turn 14 for another couple of months and is only small, so she's panicking about getting in. She has a standing ticket with the Mrs.

Is it no under 14s full stop? Usually for gigs as long as accompanied by adult it's allowed. Seems a bit mad if not given that kids will make up a big chunk of the fan base.

It says no standing or u14s like. Not sure how widely they'll enforce it. Might depend on venue
Says no under 14s standing. I would imagine it's just to stop groups of kids turning up without adults. I'm hoping that because it's just her and our lass they'll not be too bothered.
