If it’s a portrait, make sure you research very carefully and look at their galleries to check how good they are at black and grey realism. Loads are shit.

I use Adam Link based in Heaton but I don’t think he does portraits. You could look at Art LaVey. Paul did a big shoulder piece for me and nails the detail. He did the tattoo of Bradley Lowery you can see on google and his website has a lot of his portrait stuff on it. Not cheap mind.

Anyone know a good tattooist in the Durham or Sunderland area who will do a good home crest (either current or pre 97) ?

How much would an safc crest cost these days ?

Yes mate , thanks for the heads up . I have been looking at a few places. Unless i see evidence they do decent facial expression i wont bother . Horses for courses i think
