It belongs to the railway trust, so you can just park up and wander about.

They might not be as enthusiastic about people going down there at night.

You can wander wherever you like. In fact a bloke who worked there reminded us we can walk into the various sheds etc.. It was a very pleasant day.. and I went togging with what is now my new lass (no) there.. But sorry to say she's a Nikkor / Nikon aficionado...

worked there on a govy scheme back in the 1980s. we used to use an old guardsmans carriage for bait time. had the little stove going nice and cosy in the winter. we started to build the station nice to see it completed.
