Sunderland. Main worry is size of payroll next season. Doesn’t matter who’s in charge. May be further talks with local chap. But whether they have money to handle potential losses is a doubt.
 
I think any take-over bid will flounder once they start looking at the income figures. It doesn't matter how big the crowds look if they don't provide the appropriate levels of income.

I’m hoping any new owner will gamble on getting us back into the top flight where the match day revenue is not so important. See Bournemouth. If I had billions I would pump up the stadium and charge £10-15 a seat. Let away teams bring 5000, have a neutral area like Fulham to get around the rules.
