There might be a simple procedural reason for the delay but i do find it worrying that don obviously primed als and RR on the deal on the 23rd of august and i assume because it was imminent and had been signed off .its now the 9th of septemberand we are still waiting!Not a word from don or charlie and you usually cannot shut them up!What is the problem with don stating the deal has been signed and awaiting efl approval?or the deal is completed and we will announce the particulars once all ataffing issues have been sorted.
