Wasn't sure whether a new company will be used or not to sort out Madrox etc

I think they’ll no doubt have a newco on the top, likely even more than one (topco, midco and Bidco) but they won’t move the employment contracts out of where they currently are as they’d have to do all the relevant TUPE stuff and assign contracts etc. My guess is most are employed much lower down the group than Madrox.
