Donald is going to be running the club with their finances. They’ll have asked him if he thinks Ross is the right person and he will have said yes. He won’t be getting sacked until we are about 6th around Christmas when the new owners will demand better results.

It’s a shame like as I don’t think Ross will ever get us promoted.

Without knowing what the issues are that are holding it up it's pretty difficult to do anything more than make a pure guess. I think we'll know about the announcement the night before it happens so maybe Tuesday night, with press conference on Wednesday (a tuesday conference would likely be overshadowed by the England match so it would go straight out of the headlines, can stay there longer on Wednesday before the PL build up starts again)

Team will prepare away from it all but it may cause issues if delay any more

I said Gerrard a couple of days ago and got shot down very quickly as ‘he’s spent £20m and achieved fuck all’
Defoe as a player coach would be amazing and could explain the complications as he’s on loan to rangers until the summer with no recall I think, so not sure how that would work, guessing rangers would have to send him back, but assume he wouldn’t be able to play until Jan unless Bournemouth released him from his contract.
