I think on performance alone that was one of the worst I have seen since Ross has been here. We scored 2 goals against run of play and Rochdale could have had 3 or 4 in the last 10 minutes alone if they could finish.Harsh but fair that Rochdale game was appalling
Just like last season.
He trusted too much to chance, I think. As much as I loved & still love Niall Quinn, he made some shocking appointments, chief among whom was Margaret Byrne. Get that key appointment wrang & there's a good chance the errors will cascade arl the way down through the organisation. Get it right & that's a completely different matter. Given the apparent acumen of these blokes, I'd like to think they'd not repeat Short's error. They might even nar him. They might have talked to him about it. Whee nars, marra?
now they doing it on purpose to make me look silly.Wonder if RR and ALS again tweeting virtually the same thing at the same time is another coincidence @PhilSAFC![]()
RR podcast. He was raging with Ross for not going up. Rightly, he should have been sacked then.
Instead fast forward 3 months and we are pinned back in our own box hanging onto a lead over rochdale and losing 3-0 at Peterborough
Sooner he goes the better
How do you he'd even want the job? Those posters dismissive of Allardyce earlier, now that it looks like Ross is staying....Allardyce now appears an even better option.
Let's have themFunny how you fail to mention the positives of the season![]()
These people don't take prisoners - they crack heads if paperwork is delayed.............Just some paperwork etc to sort out, all sorted by Wednesday![]()
Sending hugsEnthusiasm gone really.
They were driven forward by passionate support whilst Sunderland fans sat in virtual silence.. I have been to Wembley every time we have played from 1973 onwards and have saw us outplayed on most of those occasions. However, it is only the last two that I have been totally embarrassed at the level of our vocal support where it must have felt like home games for our opponents.Actually we were not too bad first half against Portsmouth, but that was it..Possession and shooting (I'm not going to call them chances, think there was only maybe one time I actually thought we might score after the opener) is all well and good but throughout the game they looked much more dangerous. When they got the ball there was intent to get forward, you felt they were going to create. The stats with possession (mostly in completely non threatening areas) and shots (hardly any of which were near to being a chance) doesn't tell the story as you will know perfectly well assuming you sat through it. For most of the game after their equaliser I had the feeling they were more likely to win it, everyone I've spoken to thought the same. Maybe you were standing there thinking we were the better side but if so I'd say you're in the minority on that one
How come?Enthusiasm gone really.
Come on then give us all a laugh list them.Funny how you fail to mention the positives of the season![]()
