Overrated a fuck. Also gets plaudits for doing ok with one of the best squads of young players in the world. The very definition of "in" with the club.

Not saying he’s the right man but trying my best to channel the new owners...

Was commentator on USA media coverage of the WC in Russia, likely to be highly regarded by MSD group.

this thread is impossible to follow at work as there's 5 more pages every few minutes :lol:

i presume the latest rumour from a quick glance is everything's done and dusted the holdup in announcement is just down to Ross getting the boot?

Aye pretty much. The last bit is pure speculation.

I love the sheer fantasy on this thread. It's great to see some blind optimism and hope amongst the fans. :)

Nor Wilder...he is decent but not the type of manager of a top club side that the owners expect... They are not coming here for a middle of the league table side finish position.
Given what he's done at lower level, what's to say he can't do it if given even better resources and finances? ;)

Be brilliant if it was Eddie Howe, has worked successfully in all divisions, highly respected, yet must realise that he’s gone as far as he can with Bournemouth. Perfect opportunity for him to start again and build a squad to get back in the Premiership and be able to seriously compete when we get there.

Would be the perfect man for us (and club for him), if he was prepared to take a gamble.

Fuck off:lol::lol:

You think he'd risk dropping back down to L1 when every Summer he is linked with the Man United job?

Took over Burnley in the Championship and ended up 8th and 13th before leaving for personal reasons, not great but most managers have a lean spell like that in their careers.
Fair dos mate. Always a bit wary of managers like this though, Nathan Jones, Paul Hurst and to a certain extent Nigel Clough. Some managers are just suited to a certain club.
