Surely spending x million $$$ during the superbowl doesnt increase sales of Pespi by that amount etc.... you are paying for presence only surely not?.... its part of the overall promotion no?

MSD capital have got nothing to do with us, the billionaire partners are funding the buyout themselves so the club isn't tied in any way to Dell. It could be seen as the way we actually get around FFP with naming rights and sponsorship going to DELL.

But as you say....it's all hypothetical at this point.
 
just back from physio and the lad in there says he has been pissing himself laughing at this thread, not sure if he just reads or a poster, if nowt else happens this has still been a good laugh.

I always loved his famous adventures.... daft thing is there are plenty among us on here that DO actually work with or know very famous people. It is within the realms of possibility that some of us form the north east can actually have a job other than Nissan ;)

I'm sure the shareholders would have something to say about that too. Simply not going to happen.

Imagine the board meeting where the other directors who don't give a shite about our daft little tin pot club are being asked to sign up to that kind of sponsorship.
