Takeover Rumours

Stadium extensions and theme parks are only going to exist if we get the football right and that's the hardest part.

'IF' this is already being planned then it sounds like these fellas aren't going to fuck about when they come in. There's huge amounts of work and more than a bit of luck involved to get us up to where they can put those plans in place.

It's all going to come down to making sure that the very best people are employed in every department of the club.

I like the club more right now than I have in 15 years. I'm not even sure I want new owners.

Being a bit small, more local, more friendly is actually nice.
It is but it doesnt allow for progress in this day and age.

Another 2 or 3 seasons in league one and you wouldn't feel the same, guaranteed.

You do though, this isn't the first time.

It's not a posting style, it isn't a competition of prose.

He deliberately sets out to defend Newcastle supporters and attack ours at every opportunity, year after year.

If that's a 'style' he can shove it right up his arse ...

... as it happens I think you're just another of his usernames.
So one of my other usernames is a ‘moderator’

The upper tier can go all the way around to take the SOL to approx 65,000 at relatively cheap costs per seat.

However I have it on good authority that there is a possible option to add a further tier on top of the West Stand that could add 10,000. Costs would be more though
That extra tier would be fairly steep, wouldn’t fancy being in there.

How the fuck if this happens will SAFC suddenly become one of the richest clubs in the world ? These guys might have a few dollars but they won’t be pumping it all into the clubs coffers as some seem to think!
Yeah Donald needs investment to continue his one out, one in strategy to ring-fence our place in league one.

That's the spirit... We sold out almost 50,000 with an average PL team. If we can improve on that, the sky really is the limit.

A lot of those tickets were either given away by the club or sold at a cheap in packages, as most of us already know. SD has said he won't be doing any of this as it means the club runs at a loss. I'm sure he said something in his last podcast about the club earning more matchday income from tickets now than we were when we were in the Premier League, despite crowds being 10-15k bigger. I'm not being pessimistic, it's the reality.

It took Man City years of success to start selling out the Etihad, and even now you see empty seats.

I just don't see much point in expanding the SoL until it's a certainty that the demand is there.
