Yep, but something like this will bring all of the ex-pats back on board. Kids from down south who's mam or dad were from Sunderland will start supporting us instead of the local team. It will take a while but it will have a massive effect.
Rightly or wrongly, floating supporters in the NE gravitate towards Newcastle. This should put an end to that for a start.
Oh ok I misunderstood what you were saying

Bloody hell, that's got me worried.
Says him with a Dell avatar! I'm just waiting until it's officially announced as owt could happen until then!

That t-shirt was on the website when the news first broke last week.
It's the bit of text going with it though as they're saying it like it's a done thing and if it was last week then it's jumping the gun even more then. Has anyone got one or seen someone with it on? It would be canny to wear one if you worked with Mags as it would wind them up to fuck for sure!:lol:

You could have NeeCashley Utd on the back anarl!:lol:

Perhaps you need to be prepared to be amazed.

Nobody has truely tested the potential of this club in 70 years.

If we can fill a 48,000 stadium with the slightest sniff of success what can we achieve with planned sustained investment...I have no idea but I would like to find out.
We were selling out under Reidy with a decent team, but no real superstars (may be Phillips?). Man City can't sell all their ST's with a team full of Galicticos (sp). And their crowds for European games are shit.

We shall see.

I can’t wait for the mags and other clubs’ fans to come out with:
Selling your soul to try and buy success
Careful what you wish for
Money doesn’t guarantee you anything
You’re still in the 3rd Division

While thinking at the same time “lucky bastards - wish it was us”

Well it’s not you - it’s us.

Already f***ing started mate

Ipswich and Pompey owners also minted? We should definitely get excited, but also be realistic and stick to the methodical, sustainable approach. No rush.
