Takeover Rumours

It's a Scottish trait being dour look at the manager ! Even if he would just remove his hands from his pockets and smile and be enthusiastic just once in a while it might help
His unenthusiastic little claps get me - he is boring himself as well as us. None of the coaching staff can be arsed to give instructions from the bench either - once the players have crossed that white line, they are nothing to do with the manager..

I always thought if something big happened at safc then our fans would act in a classy manor without visions of stroking bullocks and grandeur.
I was wrong, we have an utter set of spenk a especially on here, fair enough get excited but some of the comments about incoming and present managers are pathetic And embarassing
I’ve been watching this thread with much amusement as I’m sure have thousands of others.
The thing is regardless of your opinion of Ross ,when the takeover goes through it changes the landscape completely.
Last summer the club was at an all time low and we were hardly an appealing proposition for a manager. It therefore made absolute sense to go with a promising candidate who was well thought of in the game and who might progress with the club to be a decent manager in time.
Post takeover the world is a very different place. With the huge financial backing at our disposal we no longer need take a punt in the manager stakes - we can afford tried and tested in both manager, players and dare I say it recruitment personnel.
Ross may well achieve good things in the game but he failed his first test here and we will be in a position to improve our odds on promotion with the backing of our new investors.
Like it or not money more often than not makes a significant difference in most walks of like and football is no exception to the rule.
Ross isn’t daft, he’ll know the pressure on him to get results will increase post takeover whether he’s Stewart Donald’s man or not.
