I've literally no idea what you are trying to establish here.
We know they're loaded. My original comment was trying to think about how loaded and that "rich" wasn't an adequate adjective. And now you're here. Any real ideas? I'll take them.
Well people are saying they're on Forbes rich list...I've looked, they're not.

Not f***ing hard to understand, do you want me to get some crayons out and write it out for you?

f***ing hell man

Yes! Tell me how rich they are. With 70 Billion US dollars worth rich combined. Tell me!

Sunderland has got it's faults, just like any other place, recovering from the loss of industry is a major problem, along with the poorly paid jobs here, leaving people with less disposable income, but, it's a place I enjoy living in, never feel threatened and there's nowhere I wouldn't walk through day or night.
What I do know, is that every single person I've brought up here from the south, were gobsmacked at how nice it was here and it was genuine praise, I was down the beach on Friday morning and it was beautiful, ten minute drive from my doorway, I'll take that over Oxford st any day.
live in Oxford and couldn't agree more. the north East is the most welcoming place in the country. Nowhere else I have been do random strangers just come and chat to you.

Edit - you said Oxford Street

if they do that the safc fans will go absolutely f***ing beserk..they want instant success NOW not youth players. and when the youth players come though safc fans will just condemn them anyway. there needs to be an attitude change from safc fansd.

It's not all or nothing though, we shouldn't be blooding a team full of academy players, like most successfull clubs we should be introducing a few at a time and bringing them through alongside other quality players, which we're currently doing. Teams that blood several prospects at once, do so generally because they are desperate or the players are better than what they already have.

Investors of this ilk and financial muscle are not buying the club to sit in the Championship or bottom half of the prem for seasons on end

Of course they aren't mate. They'll have a 3-5 year plan which will have us in the PL in the next 3 seasons imo. Is it realistic? With the right investment, of course it is. Sheff Utd did it in two seasons with very little investment.
