I only found out about Reiver's ban when I was tagged by @Brian Griffin (I think) who asked for clemency.

At that point I knew the same as everyone else.

To my knowledge no one else tagged me and I replied to all direct questions, as I always do, but no one asked me why he had been banned.

As much as I would prefer the story line (as no doubt would Reiver) that because he knew too much, at the behest of MSD/EFL, he was bundled into the back of a sinister SUV during a joint CIA/MI6 black flag operation, I'm afraid the reality is more prosaic.

Was quicker that that wasn't it? Didn't they do it stupidly quick, hence certain things like Alvarez only coming to light after the event?

Anyway, by my reckoning, assuming it's all still on the table, they've been in there working on it for 4 weeks now.

Someone confidently predicted a few days ago it would be done before Bolton. Can't recall who, though I remember thinking they were basing it on info they had rather than a guess.

Would be a great week if we get another three points on the board then announce it's all official signed off etc!

Sorry if answered mate but SD CM takeover was a full 100% buy out where as this is a majority stake,

I dont know but this and the fact SD had to prove funds since he isn't as wealthy as these may of made it a longer process,

I'm only guessing though ;)
