that’s definitely one way of doing it.

under 21 players don’t count so we could buy some younger players and get round it that way

we could also pay hefty loan fees and contribute nothing to the wages

It's been constructed in a fairly water tight way, and you don't want to go a long way over, unless you want a transfer embargo in the Championship.
