2. Pay up the contracts of Grigg, O’Brien, Graham, Dobson, McGlouchlin.
3. Appoint a market leading data analytics firm to identify recruitment.
4. Pay up PP contract and replace.
5. Appoint high quality football/business people to senior positions throughout the club.

I would add paying Loughborough University to review and develop all aspects of training, fitness both mentally and physically of the players.

Don't think he will have much choice if it goes wrong today at Donny.. His new conference yesterday showed he is clearly uncomfortable fending off questions put to him and he cant hold eye contact and his responses were less than geeing the lads up..
