Not all about money and buying boatloads of players [though we do and will need some quality], it's just as much about having a strategic plan put into place on and off the field by top class professionals in every position and no more absentee landlords who don't have their fingers on the pulse like Short and Donald.

first they have to have the will and the understanding of how to improve to the club but then it soon comes down to money : good people in all the key roles needs above average salaries and decent incentives. The Donald crew were obsessed with League 1 average salaries and how affordable it was to run a team at this level but we're now stuck at this level.
