You would make a final bid after due diligence. The initial offer is going to change based on what you find in the accounts.
 
This kids family own a company worth 36 billion. He has 2 billion. His mam is holding another 6 billion, Sartori is rich himself and we don't know how rich the rest of the consortium is yet, we now have confirmation the takeover people said wasn't happening is happening but people are still unhappy?
 
@Grumpy Old Man any chance there are more people involved. I find it odd they are calling it a consortium when it’s two people with one already owning shares. The fact the guardian have said its a consortium led by these two suggests to me more people.

Yes absolutely. The games after he first arrived are no reflection on everything since which is from the period he settled on his current 3 at the back, overlapping center half structure. You aren't going to sack a bloke because his results were shit 12 months ago but all results since have been automatic promotion form. that's even without discussing if there were extenuating circumstances at the beginning which you would see as excuses.
