These posts that don’t really say anything just come over as a cryptic attempt to appear in the know. It’s like saying something might happen, something might not, but if it does I knew all about it, I just couldn’t say. It’s school playground level at best.

That's always been my only issue with Bob, who seems a decent enough bloke otherwise. I get people might tell you things and don't want you to pass specifics on, especially if they might make it obvious who your source is and they might get in bother. You can do that whilst still doing more than just saying "what takeover?" or "no one's got it right yet". If that's all you can say then it doesn't really add anything and isn't worth saying. As you say, it just sounds like "I know but I'm not telling you". Just seems pointless. Even just saying something like "not as exciting as people think, just existing shareholders getting more shares" or similar would be better, and that's so general it could have come from anyone. We'll just have to wait and see what happens, hopefully those who have heard a more optimistic version of things will be proven right

Yes let’s see,this has all been going on since Feb and the clues to me all point to the same person/people since then.

Excuse my thickness but over on the other site, other than the usual names that have been bandied about as prospective buyers, the name Terry has appeared. Any idea who Terry is?

I don't doubt he used to get bits and pieces out of the club, a few people do, but there's a big difference between that and pretending you know EVERYTHING that is going on. And that's the stage the whole charade had got to.

I think someone messaged saying they thought a deal had been done. By the looks of things Terry was one of the people in he conversation, people have got the wrong end of the stick and thought someone called Terry was involved in the takeover

It’s just the name of the person who received the text- he was called terry
 
Always got the impression Bob just liked the idea of being ITK and never knew much of anything.

Can't think of anything he's ever predicted correctly on here and people saying "he gets stuff right privately" doesn't wash as far as I'm concerned. Happy to be proven wrong if he has in fact called stuff before and I've just missed it.

This confuses me as well.

If he “gets stuff right privately” why does he talk shite on here? Makes no sense.
