can someone summarise what nick Barnes said pre match as i missed the fucker?

who is actually rumoured to be the front runners in this thing..

nick barnes gave an update pre match about the takeover and a striker but ive nee idea about wither as i was out myself

He just said its progressing well. End of the month completion. About to be submitted to EFL

I’m not saying whether he has or hasn’t but he absolutely does. Where’s the anger and unrest from a few weeks back? Where’s the organised effort to starve him of streaming or shirt sales? Regardless of whether he’s made something up or not it’s undoubtedly better for him to have us all talking about takeovers instead of his ineptitude

There wouldn't of been a organised effort of starving him of shirt sales regardless if there was takeover talk or not. I have to disagree it serves him no purpose at all to make up a takeover over rumour

agreed, its more of a personal point of view with him. SD is very much reactionary, he doesn't have a proactive footballing brain. If it falls through, and he has to take some crap, he will deal with it then
However I do know that RAWA have not been distracted from their members vote and are waiting for the right time and the right action. I haven't a clue when and what.
 
Seems strange that all the ITKs said nothing about a takeover until Barnes' tweet.

Then none of the ITKs said O'Brien was involved until this mysterious whatapp post and now all of a sudden they are saying they knew about O'Brien's involvement all along.

Of course they will use the old ITK excuse of 'things change'

Well do you not think most of them were respecting the wishes of their individual sources....? you know, just possibly like? If someone told me something in confidence and said "don't mention any names", I wouldn't mention any names. Weird isn't it...? 🤦‍♂️

Except the same ITK gave the exact share breakdown without including O'Brien, they only ever mention 3 people, if they knew O'Brien was involved where did he appear in the share distribution and if they really knew and didn't want to include him they could have mentioned a 4th unamed person.

Which would all be well and good if they hadnt named three other people and the individual percentages of ownership that were supposedly involved. Bit strange if Gordon or Nath were the only names that couldnt be mentioned given they' aren't even taking a share
