Who do you like?

The Premadassa is like a home stadium for Pakistan, because its in a Muslim neighborhood. They will probably have more support than Sri Lanka if they play in the Semis. PK is my pick to hoist the trophy, followed by Aussie and Sri. Windies I don't really rate in this tourney...
 

Update: I saw the wrong info.

It's Sri-Pak and Aussie - Windies in the final.

I think we'll have a Pak - Aus rematch. So me and Manze are on opposite sides of this.

I fail again. Those are SEMI matchups.

Thought WI used Gayle smartly

West Indies have such talent, which they could replicate it on the test arena

Been down Westminster today with work so missed the game unfortunately. Saw the score and have 2 observations:

1. It was predicted that Australia werent good enough to win the tournament and their luck ran out today
2. Gayle and Pollard are awesome and almost unstoppable once they click, which I assume, looking at the strike rates, they did today.

Two contrasting teams in the final but I think for the sake of the Sri Lankans who have, politically, been through so much I'd like too see them win. North Country Boy has told me all about the country and their people and they sound like a good bunch.

Hopefully it'll be a good game.

Completely disagree West Indies Cricket needs this win more and hopefully they do it.

the only two teams i really like outside of england, all the rubbish the windies have been through since the mid 90's, as a once proud cricketing nation, quality players and characters like gayle, bravo, samuels, and the fact id love big ottis to be successful as he is a legend sway it to the windies for me

was great just to have chappel and waugh commentating today, the smarmy were smug as when they were winning and yesterday you could sense the bitterness and hatred, absolute bellends

Agreed.

Been to both and football culture is really getting into WI whereas Sri Lanka is still dominated by cricket. As The Colonel mentions though the country has been through some dodgy times and they'd be worthy winners too.
