Hi. I’ve bought a season ticket for my wife and just got email for it today. She’s logged into account and clicked on add to apple wallet but it just shows as loading and eventually times out. Anyone else had this problem
 

I cannot put it into Google wallet either. I'm not too tec savvy but it looks to my like it's not compatible and can only be downloaded to phone and saved in a file.

Yeah, it can only be saved to an Apple wallet. It needs to be downloaded as a PDF for non Apple phones.
 
well i had a chew on the gate last night, looks as if the T20 season tickets showed as expired and disappeared from my apple wallet, i can find them in the expired but cant get it back in, no idea why they dont show in the ticket app either

@Raich Carter and @Woodman Boy had the same issue.

I'm on android so I have just have a PDF as won't let me add to google wallet.

Maybes have the pdf as a backup for next time.

Need to go into the Wallet app itself and unhide the tickets in the View Expired Tickets option.
Double pressing the button on the side just takes it to a quick access cards menu.
 
Does T20 season ticket allow access to game tomorrow night or would I need to buy a separate ticket?

T20 Season Tickets

A T20 Blast season ticket is the best way to experience all the fun of T20 cricket at Durham in 2025. To celebrate our new women’s team we have included their games so that everyone can come along and support the women.

That means season ticket holders get double the action in 2025 with 14 games included instead of 7.

Yes same here. I had to dig out the email and show the pass even though my phone marks it as “expired on the 29th may”. Can’t be arsed to ring the club because they couldn’t give a rats most of the time. Annoying tbh

Just keep a copy of the PDF handy on your phone too.

Few had an issue with the apple wallet. I'm on an android so isn't optimised to add to google wallet.

Someone posted I think a workaround for the apple wallet issue on another thread
