T20 qf Surrey v Durham.

Was sat next to and old bloke talking about his families estate and another talking about his finance deals.

f***ing Surrey and London man. Get me hyem.

Alas I'm here till Thursday
I'd be no good sat around that
This in one, ‘can’t throw it at me, peasant’ more of them should of give him it verbally
His brother was a complete arse clart as well throughout
Yeah I was slightly disappointed a few more Durham lads didn't get involved truth be told.

What do you do though lees Clarke Robinson Ackerman beddingham turner isn't bad on paper
If they aren't going to play Bedingham in T20s next year, who wasn't originally planned to be involved in the campaign this year, then they need to sign a T20's overseas to bat top 3. Despite Bedingham only batting 6 times he was still our highest six hitter with 10.

Think we do that and hope Clarke plays better more the bowling other than spin that we need to be better at

The stand you were sat in had an advert for wealth management on the electronic advertising hoardings. Make of that what you will.

Was a good game in the end but in the absence of wickets, Surrey knew they could just tick along through the middle overs. No complaints (and avoided buying stadium food). Work tomorrow then back up to Central on the late fast train.

They were all booing Lees around me so I shouted “ stick one on him” got a few strange looks.

As an aside and just to hoy a few coals on, there were some lads behind us in the Alec Bedser Upper singing the Blaydon Races, stuck up bint next to me looked livid at the thought of songs by Northern oicks being sung.
