T20 :: Northants v Durham


Possible starting XI
Clark
Lees
Robinson
Turner
Jones
Bedingham
De Leede
Trevaskis
Raine
Sowter
Glover

Only put Bedingham at 6 as he is the most likely to miss out for Parnell.

Although they may play an extra bowler.

I understand your point, but at the players meeting this week, Graham Clark made the point that Northants can be a bit of a bowlers graveyard. Glover and Trevaskis were the pick of the bowlers in the recent 2nds T20 games. It might not do the youngsters any good to get a hard time. Glover at least has a deal of first team experience. Their time will come, I’m sure.

And of course although they aren’t ‘local’, Clark, Jones and Trev are all Durham products. Add Raine and that’s (nearly) half the team.
