Not sure about that mind Somerset won 12 out 14 games in the group stages of the blast and at times these two got them off to cracking starts

Yeah averages not brilliant, but the rate they have scored more or less got Somerset off to great start most games, even when they were getting 20s and 30s got them real quick in the power plays

Because it's as difficult to score at 8.5 an over for 20 overs, as it is to score at 10.2 an over for 12.
I thought these DLS targets set before innings start are straightforward enough, it's when overs are lost in the middle where it becomes voodoo.

Well yeah, I know that, but I wouldn’t have thought an extra 2.2 runs an over was the most accurate ‘difficulty level’.

Anyhow, glad Essex won, day is a bit stop/start which is making the atmosphere a bit hit and miss. Somerset probably the biggest contingent in the stands. Hope they win this one.

Surrey have been shit imo. Hard to believe they still have a chance with Abbott in
Shameful from Surrey that. Just over 7 an over with that batting line up and they just kept whacking it straight up in the air

Think Somerset deserve some credit mind mate thought they bowled and fielded superb.
Sometimes when so called big teams don’t perform ( and granted Surrey played poorly) it is all about them.
Rather than giving the credit to the other team and Somerset deserve massive credit
