Totally get that but beaten by a very good side tonight and we took it close. Improvements are clear to see, it's not an overnight fix this as a lot of damage was done under the last regime. Brief chat with some players after the game whilst the nephew got his book signed, they all seem in good spirits and know they're improving. It will take time we'll get better I'm sure of it

We didn’t really take it close though did we, Notts were always in control and had we scored those extra twenty runs then they would have paced themselves accordingly.

Can’t play 3 overseas? De Leede has a historic EU qualification so is not an overseas player. Can’t therefore play Bedingham, Turner and Parnell.

Instagram is about selling yourself so why would he be showcasing himself watching Durham. Not gonna make any money or boost his brand.

He's just rinsed Chennai for over a million quid and he's got his sponsor on show too. If he was that bothered either way he'd not be playing golf.

Doneathy seems to be this season Borthwick batting at 7 looks like he is really making up the numbers and could play another bowler.

I'm all for encouraging local talent but his inclusion is quite frankly bizarre in my opinion. In those four Second XI T20 home games he's never bowled a ball and has come in at No7 and not done anything with the bat. Rather like Oakesy in the Porridge film he does throw in well mind.

Son and I visiting for the weekend had a great time.

A disappointing result but I think it's just a case of onwards and upwards. De leede had a poor game, both with bat and ball, but he played an influential role in the CC defeat of Yorkshire. You can't win them all. Hopefully he will learn from tonight.

I heard one of the stewards telling a spectator that it 'might' be open on Friday with the emphasis on the word 'might'. Can't work out why the small terrace next to the Trapdoor is also out of bounds.

I was thinking that might be the case with the trapdoor shut and in prime view. A bit like the dafties who laughed at the SOL having empty seats in league one.

Crowd was 5-6k at a guess?
