Usually take the bairn straight from Waves but lessons finished last week. 5:20 or so usually gets us parked up and in the grounds for 6 in time for an ice cream. Had hell on trying to get down Leam Lane last time mind.

Derbyshire win toss and predictably put Durham in and guess what?....the rain is getting harder.

Country Durham stand is closed off on the bits that are undercover. They were sharp to shut me down when I went up the stairs. Shame the company from the steelbacks game wasn't treated that way...
 
Just taking the covers off and its beginning to rain again. Looks like it's going to be one of those nights.
