I was at the Lancs 'home' game against Essex in the T20 Q Final at the Riverside in 2019 when there was a Test Match on at Old Trafford.

Why can't they use Scarborough ?
Back in the day they used to use a lot of outgrounds - Harrogate, Middlesbrough, Sheffield etc
Requrements of Sky sports and floodlights ruled out use of any outgrounds.
