Let's hope you aren't one of those that drop away (like last year's), it's about staying in the touching distance frame as the rivals compete - you have a decent fixture run from now so it's about making those winnable games count.

Not much between any of the sides. All about consistency and getting points.
Was impressed by Notts County the other night and refreshing to see a team at this level that wanted to play on the deck.
February will be defining as we play all teams towards the bottom of the league.

Just surprised with Bromley because they are awful but effective.
Unfortunately what it is like at this level.

That's what it's all about; don't look pretty do the job. I don't think there's much between the whole division so it's all about taking something from every game & your run-in fixtures look ideal (which IH will have noted) so keep your goalscorer fit and get the rest working to keep it tight - Bingo!

Bromley are doing their job but they'll have a blip as the pressure mounts just as Walsall did around this time last year when they looked home & hosed then blew their lead

and heres us "Effectively awful"..Made my sodding eyes bleed yesterday...First time in a long time I ended up in the pub straight after the game...ended up having to leave the car near Hillsborough and collected it this morning..Got an Uber home pissed as a fart i'm 68 yrs old FFS!!

We don’t look like going up at present.
The pre match beers definitely better than the football for us both, albeit yours was after.🤣⚽️
 
Great result tonight Swindon.

My eldest boy is good mates with George Thompson from Harrogate going back to schooldays and he’s a cracking lad as well.

Looks like he will have it all to do to earn another deal there and is towards the end of his deal there and is in his mid 30’s.

The real life side of football unfortunately.

As ugly win as you will see all season.
You would have struggled to separate the teams from relegation or promotion it was that dire.
One moment of madness from their keeper gifted us a penalty. Not sure about the substitutions last night and whether enforced through injury but we were exposed at the back. All about the 3 points and keeping in that chasing pack.

Olly ranted about another FA case in the morning (Monday) what happened with it?
 
South Shields match off so find myself watching the Swindon v Oldham game on Telly....was a Premier League match up way back in 1992-93......:cool:

Oldham having the better of it but succumbed to a simple ball over the top down the left and knocked into the box where the young loanee had loads of room to bring it down well and slam it under the diving keeper. 1-0 Robins!!

Intrigued by a billboard saying Dirty and also wondering what the Match Day specials are at the Magic Chippy?
