its a switch emulator , yuzu got shutdown by nintendo days ago and paid 2.4 million damages (but they where making 30 grand a month )

this chap has posted it to github under a new name but same thing and for free and thinks nintendo won't sue him as he makes no money, but it can run pirate copys of games
