Cracking day out watching the lads. Was my first visit to the oval as well.

Thought we were home and hosed until schofield and spriegel came in. Good game though, kept the interest throughout. Gutted for Colly not getting the ton.

Lot of Durham fans there too.

It is to be honest. Even with all the new stands it exudes an air of decrepitude. You can literally smell the toilets from 20 yards away ffs.

Anyway, I was still gutted not to be going back there next Sunday.

Canny game, even though I was 15 minutes late for the start and it was already 44/0 off 4 overs :-(

Surrey fielding was crap, at least 2 lots of overthrows, fielders virtually hoying the ball over the boundaries, and a dolly dropped catch too. It all helps.

Looks like I'll have to save up for the final.
