I was out supporting our city yesterday. Down yesterday afternoon doing a bit Christmas shopping then back down on the night for a few drinks and a curry

I was talking to a couple from Vietnam in the Bridges, couldn't understand a word they were saying, these people are coming from all around the World to visit the City, a Mecca for the traveler.

On another note...needed to go to newcastle and Eldon square in particular today...anyhow I did notice that a load of the middle stalls selling all calendars, bags, ornaments etc. Next to all the newcastle united stuff there's plenty of Sunderland stuff there..first time I've really noticed sunderland stuff been for sale in there
 
Just got back from the town. Walked in after work to meet the wife and bairn. But of shopping then Keel Tavern for bait and a couple of drinks. Noice.
