No but they’re joined together. I think you can access Victoria’s Loft from inside Streetbar through a door and staircase.Isn't that Victoria's Loft now?

I don’t even know what 1719 is so you could have a point there. Tbh I’m not really a gig person as such so never really go looking for info about them, even though I always enjoy them when I go. Most of my favourite bands are either dead or ancient though. I should probably look out for more tribute band type stuff though and things like last night, always a canny night out.

Probably do mate. Like I say though with me not being much of a gig person I tend not to. Usually the sort of person who unless it’s a big act or band I like so is well publicised, anything else I’ll just go if I hear about it by chance and fancy it. Which is how last night came about really. You need to read the Sunderland music and the impressive development in the East End threads marra.
yeah mate ,i know them allI don’t even know what 1719 is so you could have a point there. Old Revolution is Streetbar sports bar. Where Saba is was the Lambton Worm Wetherspoons, and then Victors for a few years.
Hmm you sure? I know it’s been painted blue, but Streetbar is still very much alive and kicking. I’ve been in town a canny bit the last few weeks drinking and for matches and can’t say I noticed the sign gone. I’ll be getting dropped off near there in about an hour and a half for the match so I’ll take a look. Streetbar have just posted on their Facey 28 minutes ago advertising Streetbar Saturdays.I know the upstairs was called that but there's no streetbar sign and now has Victoria's Loft in big gold letters. It's been painted blue too
Aye no complaints at all yesterday. Was 6 of us yesterday.yeah mate ,i know them all
we went into Saba xmas 2023 and it was pretty poor . There was a big group but it was just a shambles .Good to see its improved and smaller tables will always be better
Just a pity m and s shutTown busy this afternoon . Sheepfolds quiete which is understandable about 3ish on a Monday, but the 3 stories and keel square area were very busy with the panto on and people milling around
M&S closing was a stupid and short sighted decision when there’s literally going to be hundreds of customers living over the roadJust a pity m and s shut
support like respect needs to be earned not doled out due to expectationsAfter all the chaos of last weekend, I think it's time to give our city's economy and outlook a boost.
Whether it’s going out for a meal, having a few drinks, watching a movie, bowling, or shopping...
Who's in?
City centre heaving yesterday both pre and post match
The 3 Stories (all three floors) the Peacock Dun Cow Engine Room Tilleys and Streetbar all packed.
Very apt usernamesupport like respect needs to be earned not doled out due to expectations
They are opening more food halls so we may see a different siteM&S closing was a stupid and short sighted decision when there’s literally going to be hundreds of customers living over the road
Very true and given it was on a very short lease and in the way of more development, stupid to close it as it could have done another couple of years but not a major surprise. They are opening more food halls so we may see a different site
food was only part of that one
Great to see our city centre busy today
Manchester Christmas market was took down early ,no puntersBut hardly a surprise. It's just a few days before Christmas. I'd imagine most city centres will have been busy.
