The Peacock does indeed open on Wednesdays now also the Indian restaurant Saba Maison de Luxe which used to be Victors.

They both open at 17:00.

Was out with the drone earlier and positioned myself in the lane between The Empire and The Fire Station. There were loads of visitors who clearly weren't from here and it was their first time. Admittedly some were going straight to the lounge in The Empire but others were looking for places to try.

Should be another busy weekend for our city centre gigs in the Cultural quarter at the Fire Station the Peacock pub Greens Vesta Tilleys The Sunderland Empire and Sunderland at home together with the Festival of Light festival being on in Mowbray Park.
