Students back at Uni next week so it could well benefit from that too.

Only recently discovered Pho 179 and it's excellent bait so looking forward to trying this.

Got family up and we had an excellent night in town.

Done cooper, gunners, MOD, vestas and ended in Cleo's. £1.80 a grolsh in Cleo's.

They absolutely love Sunderland.

Went to jacks Thai and we all agreed it's the best Thai food we've had

Hopefully there will be a a boost to the city economy this week.

Starting today it's freshers week at Sunderland University and there's events on at Trilogy Gatsbys The Independent and Spacebar.

Also over the north side at the Stack.

If safc can just do what they're supposed to do this weekend it'd be a great atmosphere late afternoon / early evening. Planning on being out and enjoying what the city has to offer, looking forward to a great weekend.
