I always laugh when people criticise a team sheet, as if they have even a fraction of the information the manager/head coach has when he picks the team.

He's with the players day in, day out, watching them in training every day, looking at their training performance stats and fitness stats, judging their current state of mind...

We fans see them once a week for 90 minutes on a matchday and yet so many folks seem to think that's enough to determine who should play.

Listen mate, a fat, bald, pasty eater, that's not kicked a ball since they were waddling around in the school playground, is bound to know more than any professional football coach, I would have thought that obvious..
