*~*~* Sunderland v Plymouth match thread *~*~*

1 point against Plymouth in 2 games.

RLB got it all wrong today. Players mentality was clearly all wrong too, turned up like we would walk it.

Horrible performance didn't deserve more than a point. Probably should of been 0 points they had much better chances.

Patterson with velcro for studs. An easy shout to O'Nien and he can come and claim it. The bloke is useless but his cock snoggers on here wont have it.

Manager has to take all of that mind, it’s Plymouth at home not Real Madrid. To not go for the kill against a side that had scored three goals away from home all season. Stupid and stubborn to not change it quicker. He gets all the plaudits when he gets it right but he’s dropped a bollock today and the feeling in the ground from the off was down to the selection and tempo. Games like this will be the reason why we will be in the play offs.

Wouldn't call it just yet. Just saw Shef Unted get hammered off Hull last night, disappointing game but still a way to go and as it gets closer to the finish line teams tend to start feelings he pressure.

Who knows what happens but there's usually a few twists and turns in a race like this.

Classic Sunderland, blowing a chance to go 1 point off 2nd.

Also bizarre lineup from RLB, benching Mayenda after he had a great game against Burnley and Derby, starting a defensive-minded Samed who's still miles off the pace. Got it badly wrong and took too long to change it.

Hopefully lessons learned and we come back strong against Boro.
