First time I've seen Sunderland this season so my views are based purely on 45 minutes of football.

It's a bit dull and lacking in quality but hopefully it picks up.

O'Nien looks quality and Clarke looks good in flashes. Tactically though, I 'm struggling to understand Beale's tactics. I can see Hulls gameplan but Sunderland's seem off the cuff.

Rosenior wants his defenders to play out from the back. They are clearly not good enough to do that but your lack of a high press has allowed them to grow in confidence and dominate with the ball.

Personally, I would want to see Ekwah and Bellingham be braver on the ball. Pritchard has not been great but he is always looking to make things happen.

Still see you sneaking this one nil with a Hull player sent off.
 
lol. "this team is marginally worse than last year" doesnt have quite the same impact
I don't think we are marginally worse though. League position says we are but on field I felt last year we were some consistency of being a team that could challenge for automatics. This year I think if we were more consistent we would be in the bottom half lol
