They are putting loads on Jobe, in the vain hope that's how he'll develop and it's so wrong. There's no strategy to anyone's development, there's no pattern being followed.

Lads like Ba, Aouchiche and Hemir deserved better than what they have experienced with us. Its haphazard, disjointed and embarrassing. Absolutely devoid of any planning.

I'm sick of reading a team sheet and feeling underwhelmed and uninspired.

But at least we are playing a f***ing striker.

I'm not sure some of the young lads 'deserve' to be playing at this level or are quite ready.

However if young players enmasse and development is your plan, then you have to do it on merit and when it's good for the individuals whilst balancing your side. This is becoming the Jobe Bellingham show and everyone else is a side act.

It was in his Brum contract, they didn't meet the required minutes and that's why we got him so cheap.

I agree mate. We will ultimately not know who deserves game time without giving some fucker a run in the side though, no? They're in and out like piss in a colander.
