They are putting loads on Jobe, in the vain hope that's how he'll develop and it's so wrong. There's no strategy to anyone's development, there's no pattern being followed.

Lads like Ba, Aouchiche and Hemir deserved better than what they have experienced with us. Its haphazard, disjointed and embarrassing. Absolutely devoid of any planning.

I'm sick of reading a team sheet and feeling underwhelmed and uninspired.

But at least we are playing a f***ing striker.

He did much better than ok, he completely nullified Ipswich's main threat Leif Davis who barely had a touch until Ba went off, then ran riot when he did. Also gave us good balance on the right, now we'll have nowt and we're exposing a CB at RB with no cover in front of him.

Even if he didn't do okay, he's actually a right sided wide player, which means he offers 10 times more than Seelt and Pritchard combined will out there.
