Tired performance I thought. Sloppy in attack. Good time for Gooch and Evans to be fit. Gooch looked bright when he came on. Weren’t great but on a different day wouldn’t have lost and could have won. Ref was absolutely atrocious.

Nothing I saw makes me worried moving forward.
O’Brien starting regularly should be enough to make us all worrried

That's quite a simplistic way of looking at it, something has changed at Charlton in the last few days that has possibly galvanised them or changed the way they play slightly. They've got a good squad as shown today. In answer to your question we had 17 shots, 5 on target and 60% possession.
Haway man , we were shocking. No energy, no desire, no plan. And I'm a fan who very rarely criticises. But when it's so awful it has to be called out. His substitutions were outrageously bad. He deserved to lose. The fans don't.

we were shit and deserved now. he could have added 3 hours of stoppage time and wed have got nowhere near scoring. you could tell Charlton were desperate to win and earned it.

what was rhe crack with disallowing then reallowing the goal?

We didn't have enough width today, and the two players supposed to be wide had poor games. We let in our customary goal, but didn't score this week. Ho Hum. Johnson should maybe have changed it up at half time. A proactive manager would look to redress matters at half time rather than give a system that isn't working another 15 minutes, which seems to be the norm. Giving the opposition something new to think about seems a good second half tactic to me.
Easy to say now. If Cirkin hits that shot a few inches lower we probably win and everyone says it took a while to break them down but we stuck to it.

nobody hid like

we were just shite

I am just making the point dont single players out
I'll single 09 out for criticism of his free kicks.

Why is he taking them? Why not mcgeady? They were atrocious at Portsmouth and I doubt there was anyone in the ground surprised to see him hit that one against the wall 2nd half.

It is, but it's also a team game and as you've said about singling players out. If you're playing in front of him and he's having a hard time then help him out, he's 19.

I am not singling anyone out

my point is the usual suspects will single out players they had pre-conceived ideas about, and try n blame them

Where as a fan favourite will get no comment despite playing as poorly.
Cirkin is quality. Least of our problems.

 read my posts

christ, straight over people's heads sometimes

aye on you go.

Just on the way home. Not impressed with that performance at all, absolutely criminal performance from the ref but its no excuse. We simply couldn't be arsed today, there was no urgency until extra time ffs.
