I don't agree with the pitiful and awful comments. As recent as last season it was frustrating because we hit so many balls to nowhere, passes out of play or balls forward to nobody. That was awful. There is not much going astray, we are moving for each other, but Charlton are working their arses off, defending, blocking, intercepting, getting away with a few fouls and cancelling each other out. Meanwhile they cause us a few problems at the back but have not managed a decent chance yet.

We need a bit more and when we have been boxed in down one flank I don't know why we are not playing it back and getting down the other flank like we usually do, but a reasonable game.

Charlton will be feeling exactly the same, we need a half time bollocking and get some pace on second half, I think Dajaku would make all the difference.
Although I don't recall much in the way of Charlton's presence in our final third.

One thing I'm really noticing is how well we're moving the ball around -- both close and distance.

Good summary of the game.

AOB hasn’t been bad at all, but of course he’s the one being targeted.

Charlton have impressed me. They’re obviously well up for it and we’ve had to weather a bit of pressure on a few occasions.

Vital that we get the first goal.
I'm sat here at the ground watching O'Brien either slowing down our attacks or delivering poor quality into the box. He's been poor and is out of position. Our system needs some pace down the wing.
