Should've offered that keeper a contract straight away after his first game.

Maybe the lad was keeping his options open.
People said similar things about rose, alonso, evans etc but those players ( yes i know they were loans) but nevertheless many assumed if we offered them a contract they would stay. It doesnt work like that.
Ruiter could have learned on route that burnley were interested but did us the courtesy. Cant blame the lad if he chooses a premier team over a pub league team. Could lead to bigger and bettter things. Best of luck to him.
